Orders will be processed and shipping within 1 to 2 business days.

Please contact me through direct message on Instagram. Once a design is decided upon I will send you an invoice through Shopify to complete the order.

What is the turnaround for a custom hat?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for a custom hat as the yarn has to be sourced/dyed, and shipped before I can start making the hat.

How do I care for my hat?

Please treat your handmade items with care!! It is recommended to hand wash your hat in cool water with a mild detergent or wool specific detergent, such as woolite and lay flat to dry. 

Hat Sizing and Materials:

Sizing is "One Size Fits Most", if you would like a hat that is larger or smaller please contact me through instagram for a custom hat.
